Please read and agree to these Terms and Conditions when placing an order with us.
Payment
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, and eCheque payments, as processed by PayPal (no PayPal account is required for payment processing). PayPal and card payments are normally instant, but if paying by PayPal’s eCheque service, please allow several days processing as specified by PayPal’s payment pages. Once an eCheque payment has cleared (approximately 5 working days), your order on our website will be completed.
Payment processing may include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay, credit and debit card payments, as well as other payment options as seen in our shopping cart and these payments are processed securely via the Stripe network.
Neither the PayPal or Stripe payments are processed directly by us.
We also accept payment via Bank Transfer or Online Banking (currently from UK banks only). Details will be provided by our shopping cart when ordering.
Please note that bank transfers via the Faster Payments process will normally arrive in our bank account within 30 minutes but they can take up to 2-3 hours, CHAPS payments can take 1-2 days to arrive and BACS payments can take up to 3 days to arrive.
Discounts
The discount code 57510 can be used with our shopping cart for a 10% discount on all orders. If any particular product is exempt from the discount it will be shown directly below. We reserve the right to remove or change this discount code at any time. The code must be used at the time of ordering and may be used for more than one order.

Postage
Any non-digital products made available on this website will be posted by 1st class post within the UK and by Airmail to destinations outside of the UK. Postage prices will be shown on each of the product pages.
Delivery
Instant downloads are made available for immediate download from our website. Non-instant products are normally processed the same day or within a day or two if we are particularly busy. The product pages will provide more accurate order processing and delivery times.
Download Links
Once your order has been submitted and paid, you will be provided with a download link which is valid for 30 days (unless otherwise stated). Instant downloads will be downloadable once your order has been submitted and paid. For orders where we create a coat of arms image or process the order as a non-instant download, we will send you a download link with details by email as soon as the order has been processed, normally the same day or within 24 hours.
Image Use
The coats of arms (family crest) images you can order from us can be used in many different ways and you are free to use any way you see fit. However, the images must not be shared with others, should not be resold (made available for sale anywhere else), should not be used to advertise other products and services, and if being displayed on another website, the image must be uploaded as a non-transparent image (i.e. .JPG) be of no more than 500 pixels in height and be a maximum of 150 dpi.
Image Updates
We reserve the right to alter, edit or replace any of the coats of arms images displayed on this website. You will receive the same (higher quality PNG) image as shown on each of the product pages, but occasionally it may be necessary to update a coat of arms image. However, you will still receive the same matching image as being displayed.
Satisfaction Guarantee
When you place an order with us we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you order a coat of arms instant download, this will be the same image as shown on the product image page (but of a much higher (600dpi) quality) transparent PNG image, which is suitable for printing and displaying up to and just beyond A3 in size (420 x 297 mm or 16.5 x 11.75 inches). Should you have any issues downloading your image, please let us know.
If you order a non-instant downloadable or other product, this will be created in high quality. Should you have any issues with your product, please let us know so that we can replace or adjust to your full satisfaction. If there’s a particular coat or arms or country of origin for a coat of arms (there are often more than one coat of arms for the same surname) then this can be specified when ordering.
Also, there is technically no such thing as a right or wrong coat of arms because these were originally registered or granted to a ‘person’ and not a ‘surname’. However, it is considered acceptable to display an ancient coat of arms bearing the same surname as the recipient.
Returns and Refunds
Like most software (and customised) products, because the images we provide are downloadable products, and they will be yours to keep once downloaded and saved, we are unable to provide a refund because you’ve simply changed your mind. Also, non-instant downloads or other products are often created from scratch, or take time to research and create, or even personalise, so again a refund is not a viable option.
If you have any questions regarding any product before ordering, or if you would like to check the availability of a surname or coat of arms, or if you would like to check in advance what your coat of arms image would look like, please get in touch before placing your order. You can also include any additional information or requirements in the shopping cart order notes when ordering.
Should there be a problem with your order and we are unable to rectify to your satisfaction, a refund may be offered. In this instance a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
If a physical product has been ordered and sent and a return is needed, the order must be returned to us within 14 days. Return details will be provide to you at the time. We strongly recommend that any returns are sent with a proof of posting or by using a signed delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered returns.
